Shipping Charges

- Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
- Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before payment or order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible UAE orders. Please ensure that your phone number and delivery address are correct so our delivery partner can contact you.

For COD orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or cannot be contacted, the courier may make another delivery attempt. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts where applicable.
